An error occurred while saving the comment HenryB commentedI realized this, too, but I thought it might be "by design." That is, the game lets you play without having to tolerate the ads with the "play again" button, but the downside of not having to tolerate ads is that it doesn't count toward the # of consecutive wins.
That said, I think it's disingenuous of the company not to clearly state that. -

An error occurred while saving the comment HenryB commentedAfter so many inquiries to the company about this issue going unanswered, I just gave up and got a new identity and started from scratch again. I couldn't play the weekend game at all for several months in a row.
If the company allows people to write in about their issues, they should respond. If they're not going to -- or if they don't plan to fix the issues at all, why even bother?
It's very frustrating for sure.
I'd actually like to go one step further and ask whether "dispute answer" has gone away altogether. I've had several questionable calls (for example, "Kumagaya" is a city in Japan -- no reason for it to be x-ed out), and each time I attempted to dispute the call, I could not even enter my dispute anymore. If you're going to allow users to dispute calls, let them explain why they think the calls are BS. If not, don't even add the option to dispute calls.
