Trying to connect
Help! I had problems with this in the past and it’s been ok recently but now it’s happening again.. every time I play a tournament game VIP or party, the app lets me play the game but when it’s time to show the results it doesn’t load and just keeps saying “trying to connect” it takes me coins and does not award me any XP and doesn’t even register that I played the game. I constantly have to restart the app and it’s just the same issue again and again this week. Is anyone else having the same issue?

It would be so wonderful if the bugs could be fixed….have lost time and coins 3 days in a row trying to play the green tournament…..takes the coins to play, but when it goes to show the results it will not connect…so you don’t know you lose the coins you entered with either way….it just says can not connect,try again later…..

Why ask for feedback?
So annoying, it’s a great game, but it needs a little help!

After so many inquiries to the company about this issue going unanswered, I just gave up and got a new identity and started from scratch again. I couldn't play the weekend game at all for several months in a row.
If the company allows people to write in about their issues, they should respond. If they're not going to -- or if they don't plan to fix the issues at all, why even bother?
It's very frustrating for sure. -

This used to happen all the time to me also, now it won't send and load after playing against a friend when all 3 rounds are done.

Very very glitchy. Don’t know if it’s a win or a loss because there’s ‘connection issues’ and to ‘try again later’. Yet the coins for the game play are still used whether it’s a win or a loss. Should get refunded all the coins used to play that particular round when there’s connection issues

Two modes consistently get stuck and I’m not being able to move forward tournament in the party section keeps showing me the message trying to connect after I have finished playing the entire round . And things you want to binge I have finished the entire game , but it has not moved to the next round ( coming soon ) and I’m not making anymore points because of that ! Can you please solve for this immediately
