Hello and thank you for your review,
We receive a TON of disputes and have a team of researchers carefully reviewing, researching, and resolving each one. We base our decisions on a set of criteria for accepting answers, which is primarily based on the official game rules. Here are a few reasons:
- Answers can not begin with an article: A, An or The (example: The Wizard of Oz is not okay for ""T"", but Wizard of Oz is okay for ""W"").
- Answers can not be plural, as then they are actually duplicates of other answers (example: bluebird is acceptable, but bluebirds is not).
- We cannot accept misspelled answers, as they too are duplicates of the correctly-spelled words (example: Keira Knightley is correct, Kiera Knightly is not).
- Answers can not be adjusted with, for example, a simple adjective (example: Rose is acceptable for a flower, but Pink… -
Unable to dispute--will not allow typing a short explanation without clearing when the keyboard is removed to be able to submit the dispute.
Tried to attach a definite for the word stating why it was an acceptable answer on two different occasions, but after typing briefly, disappeared both times when trying to make the submit option visible to complete.

Many responses are correct, but the reviewer doesn't recognize the references, so they're marked as wrong. Many wrong answers are allowed.
Correct answers marked wrong; wrong answers marked correct

Why do you declare me the loser when I score the exact number of answers correct
I have a valid question, my idea is to have a place to ask you. I would like to know why someone else is declared the winner when we have the exact number of questions correct. It happens constantly

Politically bias??
Two players answered the question "World Leaders and Politicians", one with President Trump for P, and the other Donald Trump for D. Neither player got those points. Please explain.

Winnie the Pooh goes against community standards. HOW?
I named Winnie the Pooh as a fictional character, but it was censored and wrong because it won't against community standards.
2 votesWinnie the Pooh is a valid and allowed answer for the category Fictional Characters. Please could you send us a screenshot of this issue so we can take a look? It’s possible that the word Pooh may have been flagged by a profanity filter. If this is the case, we can investigate further as it should not be.

fix your rules or follow them ("no plurals")
Your rules say plurals aren't allowed, but people use them and they're often accepted, sometimes winning because other people used singular but it was duplicate.

make it more international
Why US airlines, US game shows, country music (which nobody rightly is interested in beyond the US), etc? The world beyonds the US.

Chapters & missions
Needs more chapters and more options in missions. I have been waiting on chapter 5 "coming soon" for weeks now and have finished the missions that interest me. My favorites were names and words.
