    Sometimes Instagram effects stop working due to app glitches or outdated versions. I had similar issues, but switching to a modded app helped. I now use InstaPro from https://instagproapk.com/. it’s smoother, with extra filters and no bugs. Worth trying if the official app gives trouble.
