I am currently studying for a CIPD qualification and am really interested in seeing real examples of assignments at levels 3, 5, or 7. I found that with level 3 assignments, seeing examples of simple day-to-day HR tasks like the recruitment process or employee relations was very helpful for me. For level 5, I would see examples that took hr theory and models and applied them to real-life organizational problems. A level 7 example I found to be helpful showed in-depth critical analysis and an assignment based on research on strategic hr management.
