Last month Passport Rummy successfully launched the Pet Charm update!

This allowed players to adopt cute cats as pets to join them on their Passport Rummy journey around the world!

We're currently designing a new line of pets to add to the six cat's already in the game. If your Pet is a Cat, Dog, Bird or Lizard, share their picture with us to get the chance for the next pet to be designed after them. 3 new Pet Charms will be inspired by the winners pets

To enter your Pet. Do one or more of the following on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.

• Tag @magmic in your Pet's Photo

• Use the tag #PassportRummyPets when posting your pets photo.

• Reply one of our Promotional Pet Posts with a photo of your Pet.

ELIGIBILITY:

No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchases do not enhance the chance of winning.

This campaign is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Magmic Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

TIME PERIOD

Entries will be accepted online July 13th 2020 12:01 am EST and ends on July 26th 2020 11:59 pm EST

WINNER SELECTION

Each Pet will be entered once. The winners will be randomly chosen from the participants using a random number generator.

The winners will be contacted prior to any announcements or updates containing the new Pet Charm prize. If you do not want your pet featured in Passport Rummy or if we are unable to contact you after three (3) attempts, we will randomly choose another winner. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries before July 26th 2020 11:59 pm. The winners will be notified on July 27th 2020.

THE PRIZE

There will be three (3) winners chosen. Three (3) Pet Charms will be inspired by participants pet's photos they have submitted.

The prize is as stated and is not transferable or convertible to cash. There are no prize substitutions.

Winners may be required to sign a legal agreement. The agreement will be returned within one (1) business day of the date indicated on the accompanying letter or the selected individual will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Magmic as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

Magmic Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Magmic Inc’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such a case, Magmic Inc may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Magmic Inc.

Magmic Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Magmic Inc has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Magmic Inc reserves the right to seek damages.
