Purchase Issues

Have you you logged into your account and some of your purchases are missing? 
Android device's should restore all purchases automatically. However, if you are on a Apple device, it will look like the image below.



First, make sure you are logged in, and then tap on restore purchases in the settings menu of your app.

If you have any difficulties or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Did you make a purchase and didn't receive the items? 
Please contact us through the app, also please note that, attaching a copy of the receipt of your purchase would shorten the process a lot.

If you made a purchase that you did not intend to make. Please request a refund from Apple or Google as soon as possible. 
Refunds are often processed best if submitted in a timely manner. Below are links with instructions for initiating the refund process:
