Please follow the recommended steps below:
1) Tap on the gear icon on the upper side of your screen.
2) On the next screen, tap on Contact Us
3) On the next screen, there is Knowledge Base where the FAQs are located. Before contacting us, please check out the Knowledge Base to see if there is already an answer your question.
4) You went through the Knowledge Base and something is still bugging you :( Tap on Contact us and explain the issue you are having.
