Enhance social and cross-platform features to retain players long-term
Hello Magmic community,
I have played many Magmic games for a long time and would like to open a topic to discuss and suggest together how Magmic can enhance the gaming experience through social and cross-platform features.
Take Care Of Your Own Shadow Milk
A few points I would like to discuss:
Currently, playing with friends or players from other devices (iOS ↔ Android ↔ Web) is still limited. If there is support for “playing together across devices”, the community will be more connected.
In-game communication features (such as quick chat, friend leaderboard, private rooms) help players feel “not just playing with the machine”, but “playing with friends”.
Organizing small in-game events for groups of friends or long-time players can also increase interaction and retain players once they have reached a certain level of “familiarity”.
Finally, better support for new players (tutorials, trial mode, newbie rooms…) helps them get into the game easily and not “get bored halfway”.
I would love to hear from you:
Have you ever experienced anything “very good” (or “not so good”) in a Magmic game?
If you are a server admin or game developer, what features would you like to add to increase player interaction?
Do you have any specific suggestions for Magmic to retain players longer, especially those who have been playing for a long time?
Thank you everyone for reading and sharing. Hopefully this topic will contribute to making Magmic games stronger and the player community more connected!
