Experience with 11 Winner DL Viewer?

Hi everyone,
I came across 11 winner dl Viewer and I’d like to know how good it actually is. A viewer can sometimes make navigation easier, but if it’s buggy or slow, it can ruin the experience.

Did anyone here try it yet? Was it smooth, easy to use, and reliable, or did you run into issues? Real user experiences would be very helpful for me before I decide to try it out myself.
