Add new categories

We’re always working on adding new content: we have more than doubled the number of categories in the game since launch, and nearly tripled the number of lists! Hopefully, the new additions start to appear for you (again, they’re picked at random) so that you can play all of the possibilities of combinations that are available.

I tried to subscribe to this idea by clicking 'I want this and it automatically unsubscribed me. I wonder if they are doing this to other people to keep the subscriber demand low so they don't have to address the issue.

the actual game of scattergories, or at least the version I own, by my calculations has 192 categories...16 lists of 12 catergories
Adding more categories CAN 👏🏻 NOT 👏🏻POSSIBLY 👏🏻BE THAT DIFFICULT!!
I could think of hundreds of catergories whilst blindfolded and juggling🤦🏻♀️
As much as i love the game of scattergories if i continue to see MF...THINGS IN AN ARCADE, FICTIONAL VAMPIRE, or GREEK MYTHOLOGICAL CREATURE etc etc OVER AND OOOOver then the scatts app will unfortunately go on my donezo list 🙅🏻♀️

Yes! For goodness' sake, all these categories are so worn out and repeated! How hard is it to add some new ones? Even the original board game version has like 13 or more cards all with different categories. The creators of this game can't type in a few more?

Take out US AIR LINES, NOTABLE RECORD LABELS, and a few more! If you are able to see which ones people are either using “hints” on most, failing miserably or just plain skipping GET RID OF IT! It’s not fun, it really isn’t.
