How can we improve Phase 10 Facebook?

You could begin by replying to paying customers who had issues ever since yr GREEDY UPDATE!

Your update on Facebook I still have yet to get a response about even though I read about it two years ago requesting a refund of $15 after your update took this user who had gone beyond level 100 was unable to access any of my previously earned privelages! Therefore it made the $15 worth of lives I had bought useless yet you wouldn’t reply or address my issue Northeast give me a refund. I think that’s disgusting and Unethical AF!
