Some things to make sure of before proceeding:

• That you are subscribed to a mobile data plan.  Some data plans are only accessible in WiFi hot-spots.  Unfortunately these are not compatible with the game and the data it transmits.  Make sure you have a "Total Internet data plan" as this is required in order to play.
• You have good connectivity in your current location.  Having a strong digital signal will help improve connectivity and performance while playing.

If the device you have was given to you by your employer, make sure that they are not blocking any third party connections and that it is configured properly to allow the connection.
