To generate the unlock key for your purchased games we will need your Windows Mobile Owner Name.

You can find this on most devices by going to:

• Start --> Settings --> Owner Information.

• Your Owners Name is case sensitive.  It is also space sensitive.  What this means is that in order for a valid activation code to be generated on your Owners Name, it is imperative that all capitalization and spaces be communicated properly when giving your Owners Name.

• On some devices it is common for an "auto completion" or "auto text" feature to add an extra space in between two names, or at the end of your Owners Name.  Please ensure that this space is either deleted, or communicated when requesting an activation code.

• To avoid any problems registering your products, please make sure to have your Owner Name before making a purchase.
