Resetting your password is a simple process:
If you are not logged in, click 'Login' in the footer of the portal and then click 'Forgot Password'. If you are logged in, click 'My Account' in the footer of the portal and then 'Reset Password'.
You will be asked to type the phone number for your device and click Submit.
We will send you a link via SMS. Once you have received this SMS, click on the link. This will take you to a page where you can reset your password.
Type your password twice, using at between six and sixteen letters or numbers and click Submit.
You will see a message saying that your password has been reset. You may now start shopping!
