My Puzzles access

When I click my puzzles link nothing happens. I have closed and opened the app, as well as deleted and re-installed. What do you think may be the issue?

I am unable to receive access to the daily puzzles since Tuesday January 3, 2012. I have received a "subscription expired" notice. Upon trying to renew the subscription the app shows that it is already installed and when I go back to the page I am denied access.

My access also stopped in the beginning of January, not sure which day. I have contacted Magmic with no luck so far.

I no longer have access to My Puzzles unless I am in a wifi hot spot. Before it only needed wifi subscription validation once a week or so - why the change? Makes the app almost useless to me now.

My subscription says it has expired... Which it hasn't since it's on auto renew. But when I try to re subscribe it won't work, saying I need to have the app before I can purchase it. What?! And then it " can't connect to iTunes store. " pretty frustrating, and I don't know how to fix it either.

My problem is the same as the original post. My app crashes no matter what puzzle I choose. Does Magmic ever address these issues or do we all just complain?

I have just purchased a year's subscription to the New York Times crossword puzzles and I cannot access the program.  I am told I have an incorrect alias/password.  I have used my e-mail address and the password for games with no success.  I have worked all the free puzzles without having to enter an alias/password.  Now how do I access the puzzles through the subscription I just purchased?

I have an active NY Times crossword subscription, and yet I cannot get past the "expired" notice, just like many others who have taken the trouble to post the comments above this. Where are the Magmic responses? I got here thinking I would see an answer. Where are they? If no one at magmic reads these, what is the point?

I had all the problems above. First, constant crashes; then, lost all past puzzles; finally, after asking for help repeatedly, it never opened again. Help from magmic was impossible. I could not comply with their requests because I was out of country. For my second request they sent back identical message.

Here's the point: the NY Times is the best of it's kind. Ergo, one expects the best programmers. Instead, I've been ripped off. This is the most frustrating app.

pLease address the issue of being unable to access the NYT crossword. We have no access since May 5 th, yet we bought a 1 year renewable subscription on December 28th.

My app crashes each time I load a puzzle.  This has been happening on and off for several weeks.  I finally renewed the app and have lost all my data.  Any news as to why this is happening??
