Achievement Unlocked screen

I just updated Spades King and this achievement unlocked screen keeps coming up after each gave and I have to hit OK four times to get rid of it. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it. I am using a paid app.

I paid for the app. It said I could customize my Avatar. I don't see any options too. Where is it? Did I pay just to be "player 1"?
