If you need to reinstall Cribbage King and you have previously Upgraded to the full version with the In-App-Purchase, you can do so within AppStore. Turn on network access on your iOS device before you run the app for the first time and it should automatically re-upgrade to the full version.

If the automatic upgrade does not happen (this can happen if you have recently switched to a new iOS device), then you can re-purchase the In-App-Purchase from the same iTunes account as you used originally and you will not be charged. Following the re-purchase, your Cribbage King game should be fully upgraded.
